With erplain you can export all your data at anytime. Some of this data, such as products, prices, customers and suppliers can be edited in a CSV file then imported back into erplain. You can find more information on this page.
- Simply to the menu 'Settings' > 'Export Data':
- You will see the list of the data that you can export:
- Click on any report, apply your filters if needed, and then click on the Export button at the bottom of the page:
If you need to export all the items (Products) included in Sales orders, Shipping orders or Invoices, check 'Include line items in export'. This can be used to import in a 3rd party logistics (3PL) system for example.
Opening the CSV Files
In some cases, opening the exported CSV files in Excel can result in "strange" formatting. We recommend to open the file in Google Docs Sheets to avoid any issue.
