You can setup email notification alerts based on pre-defined triggers such as:
- Inventory below the Re-order point
- Out of stock (Available) or Available inventory at 0 or below
- Out of stock (On-Hand) or On-Hand inventory at 0 or below
- A Sales Order has been created
- A batch number is about to expire
- An access request to the B2B Store has been created
To manage and create your Alerts, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Menu 'Settings' > 'Alerts':

- This is the list of your Alerts:

- You can edit them by clicking on the alert label.
- You can enable/disable them by clicking on:
- You can delete them by clicking on:

- To create an Alert, click on the '+ CREATE' button:
- Type the name, choose the trigger and the recipient. Save:

Note: The recipient doesn't have to be another Erplain user.
