Users and permissions

Erplain allows you to have multiple users on the same account, with the number of users included varying depending on the subscription plan. Once your users are created, the account administrator can also manage their permissions in a granular way, determining what each user can see and do within your account.

For more information about the number of users included in each subscription, please refer to our pricing table.

Creating a User

To create a user, first go to the settings, then to the dedicated subsection. Next, click on “Create”:

You will then access the user creation form, where you can enter the default information as well as the user’s contact details.

Managing Permissions

Once the information is entered, you can modify the permissions of each user, whether new or already existing.

You can choose from the main categories available in Erplain. You can also select or unselect the entirety of a type of permission.

You can also go into the details of each section and subsection to deeply customize access and the user experience. Selecting all options grants full access to the software’s features.

Advanced permissions can, for example, allow a user to enrich the product catalog without being able to delete or deactivate a product. Regarding the sales cycle, it is also possible to ensure that a user has access to estimates and purchase orders, but not to invoices, for instance.

Advanced permissions thus make it possible to provide each user with personalized access tailored to their needs and area of activity.
