Erplain now has a dark mode that you can enable if you wish to work with a different color palette or simply with an interface a bit easier on the eyes.
To enable it, click on the little head on the top right of your screen.
In there, you can click on "theme" and switch between the light and dark themes.
You can switch back anytime from that same point.
