New Erplain version : Wording changes

With this new version of Erplain, several terms in the software have been revised to simplify navigation and make certain features clearer.
This means that some terms you were familiar with have now changed.

To help you find your way around, here’s a list of the updated terms and their new names:

  • Services have been merged with Products, and both can now be used in the same way as before.

  • Batches are now grouped under the Batch numbers menu for better clarity.

  • Deliveries have been renamed Purchase receipts to avoid any confusion with sales-related deliveries.

  • The Manually complete an order feature is now available under the name Archive in the actions of a sales order. The effect remains the same.

  • Stock entries, Stock removals, and Stock movements are now combined into a single Stock adjustments feature, allowing you to perform all these operations using one unified form.

  • The PDF settings menu has been replaced by PDF templates, marking a new step toward greater customization of sales and purchase documents.

  • Price levels and Price rules are now grouped together under a menu called Prices and discounts, where you can edit both your prices and your pricing and discount rules.
