Subscriptions are recurring Invoices for services generated automatically by Erplain.
You can list and create Subscription by going to the menu 'Sales' > 'Subscriptions':
To create a new Subscription, click on 'Create':
Select the Customer:
Select the recurring frequency:
Select the Service(s) you want to include in the Subscription:
You can then add Notes for your customers, update the Terms & Conditions, add Internal notes for you and your team or attach files for later reference.
Once you created this Subscription, a new Invoice will be generated automatically at the chosen frequency.
