Sales progress indicators

The progress indicators can be displayed in your Sales order list. This feature allows you to monitor the evolution of your sales from fulfillment to billing based on five percentage wheels of completion.

For information, the “Progress column” is automatically activated to better aid the erplain user in following up on a sale:

Shipping progress

Shipping progress is registered in the first three percentage wheels of the progress column.

1) Committed percentage wheel : this percentage represents product units included in the sales order that have been attributed to a shipping order.

2) Shipped percentage wheel : this percentage represents product units included in the sales order that have been attributed to a shipping order with the “Shipped” status.

3) Delivered percentage wheel : this percentage represents product units included in the sales order that have been attributed to a shipping order with the “Delivered” status.

Note: the colour around the status when looking at the shipping order changes depending on status, this indicates when the percentage wheel updates.

Billing progress

The billing progress is registered in the last two percentage wheel of the progress column.

4)Invoiced percentage wheel : this percentage represents product units included in the sales order that have been invoiced. Each individual product is tracked by the erplain system and the progression of this wheel is completely synchronized with the creation of any invoice associated with the sale.

Note: draft invoices also trigger this percentage wheel and are counted in towards the progress.

5) Paid percentage wheel : this percentage represents product units included in the sales order that have been paid for. This percentage is updated regularly, each time a payment is created.
