The orders tab gives you the following options:
- review your sales
- charge remaining balances
- email or print receipts
- return and refund products
- add a note to an existing order
Press on the Orders tab:
The erplain POS app will list all your orders done in this sales location:
You can search your orders by clicking on the magnifier button and type the customer name or order number.
Charge remaining balance
If the order wasn't fully paid, you will see the Charge remaining button.
Select the Payment method and confirm the paid amount:
email or print receipts
You can email or print receipts by pressing on these buttons:
Return and refund products
Press on this button to return and refund products from an order.

Adding a note to an order
You can add a note to your order by pressing in the Notes section:
