The language of your clients on your B2B Store can be configured in different ways, depending on whether the client requests access or is invited by you.
Case 1: Client requests access
When the client requests access, their customer profile in Erplain will be created with the "PDF Languages" field set by default to the same language as that of the main administrator's account. Therefore:
- The B2B Store interface and the access request validation email will be in this language.
- You can change the language of the customer profile by modifying the value of the "PDF Languages" field.
Case 2: Client is invited
If the "PDF Languages" field in the customer profile is not specified:
- The invitation will be sent in the language set for the main administrator.
- Access to the B2B Store will also be in this language.
If the "PDF Languages" field in the customer profile is specified:
- The invitation will be sent in the language specified in the "PDF Languages" field.
- Access to the B2B Store will be in the same language.
