Shopify POS Support / Multiple Sales Locations
This article is only valid if you haven't enabled multiple locations in Shopify which is not the default settings.
If you choose to assign a Shopify POS Device to a Sales location, you will need to find the POS device ID. On an iPad Application you can find the device ID by going to the Store Tab, then Support. Your device ID will be displayed in this screen:
IMPORTANT: As Shopify's inventory does not support multiple sales locations, the inventory displayed in your Shopify POS App will display the inventory that you synchronize with Shopify, not the inventory in this location . Make sure to inform your staff taking orders with the Shopify POS App.
